We strive to deliver your Vexora, Stellora, and Aureca Derm orders quickly and reliably from our Pune headquarters to customers across India and soon worldwide.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on holidays may process the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Timelines (India)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (most pin codes).
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (select cities; extra charges apply).
Delivery partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, or similar reliable couriers.
Shipping Charges

If undelivered due to incorrect address or failed attempts, reshipping may incur extra costs.

We want you to love your Rita’s Lab products. Due to the nature of nutraceuticals, hair care, and skin care items (hygiene and regulatory reasons), returns are limited.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
Report within 7 days of delivery (with photos/unboxing proof).
Products must be unused/unopened (except for inspection), with intact seals, packaging, tags, and invoice.
Nutraceuticals (Vexora), hair care (Stellora), and skin care (Aureca Derm) are generally non-returnable/non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
Process

We will review and approve (or suggest alternatives).
Ship back the product (prepaid label if approved; customer pays if not eligible).
Once received and verified, we will process replacement (preferred) or refund within 7–10 business days to original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless our error).
No cash refunds; processed to original mode only.
Refunds may take 5–15 days depending on your bank/payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened/used products.
